Since February 2018 OneStock has been helping RougeGorge Lingerie in its omnichannel transformation. Motivated by a high rate of unavailability for online products, a fragmented stock and customer dissatisfaction due to delivery times, the brand wanted to benefit from a stock unification tool in order to deploy various omnichannel scenarios: Ship from Store, Click & Collect, Reserve & Collect.

For nearly 25 years RougeGorge has been designing and selling its lingerie products in a store environment which is familiar, sophisticated and spacious. With a network of more than 200 stores and franchises in France and Belgium, the brand is today one of the leaders in the lingerie market.
Unfortunately it was often the case that customers were disappointed not to find the model or size they wanted online. Paradoxically, these same products were always available on store shelves.
Now, with OneStock, the brand has a unified vision of all its stock: DC warehouse and store stock.
This unification allows the client to access all the products in the catalogue, even if it means that the product is shipped from one of 230 stores if it is out of stock in the online store.
As soon as Ship from Store went live, the lingerie brand immediately saw the benefits of the solution: a significant increase in web turnover, increased product availability, improved customer satisfaction ratings, better stock rotation.
