We are a fast growing, customer-focused OMS SaaS Retail Tech company with > 60 clients. Our innovative software suite allows omnichannel brands & distributors to unify their stock (stores, warehouses, suppliers…), provide an accurate real-time delivery promise, and fulfil orders from every stock point. In 2021 we received a significant investment from the European Private Equity firm Silverfleet to further accelerate our growth.

In order to support our expansion, we are looking for a Head of Partnerships.

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to support our growth across the major European markets. This is a commercially challenging, hands-on, and entrepreneurial role that will allow you to work in an exciting, high-energy, creative and very fast-moving start-up environment, while also allowing you to work alongside some of the world’s best-known retail companies.

Requirements

You already have previous experience in developing the partnership channels in a fast-growing company, you are a high-achiever and, in an ideal world, also have:

• Experience in building partnerships with system integrators, consulting partners and technology providers, engaging at CEO level;
• A strong understanding of Retail, e-Commerce and Order Management solutions;
• Deep knowledge of the retail tech ecosystem;
• Great energy, charisma, and communication skills, with a natural ability to identify and follow up on opportunities;
• Attended trade shows, external events and conferences and are used to talking publicly;
• Build and execute partners programs across ISV, SI and Alliances;
• Demonstrable experience in compiling detailed proposals and presentations to pitch, convince and onboard new partners;
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to be creative to secure business partnerships;
• Ability to structure, nurture and grow an effective partnership community;
• Experience in preparing relevant project reports, budget management and forecasting. You can lead complex meetings to share information and ensure project consistency and transparency;
• Minimum 8 years of experience;
• Fluent English & French.

Mission

This is a business development, commercially challenging, hands-on, and entrepreneurial role that will allow the person to work in an exciting, high-energy, creative and very fast-moving scale-up environment, while also allowing to work alongside some of the world’s best-known retail companies.
The Head of Partnerships will play a critical role in the next stage of revenue growth within OneStock where, in addition to approaching & supporting the market directly, OneStock has the ambition to leverage a network of partners to win & implement major projects on new markets (geographies and verticals). The position reports to the CEO based in France and requires someone able to travel extensively, in particular to the head office.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing our partnership strategy:

• Work with CEO and sales directors for every territory to define and implement the go-to-market plan for our next stages of growth;
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation via networking, trade shows and events;
• Build an effective ecosystem for OneStock through partnerships with System Integration, Consulting and Technology Partners;
• Identify target partner base, managing early stage & detailed discussions at executive level, and onboard & train new partners;
• Manage and report on the deal pipeline of partners whilst maintaining internal engagement through client/pipeline forecasting.

Location & Package

This position is based in France or the UK.
