Job description :

Position

Working in close collaboration with our Sales, Product, Onboarding & Support teams, the Pre-sales Manager will actively participate in the pre-sales phase of the OneStock solution. As a solution expert, you will bring your business, technical and project expertise to the pre-sales process and will also participate in the client follow-up once the solution has gone live.

Mission

  • Analyse the needs of our prospective customers, particularly in the context of RFPs, understand and evaluate their challenges and technology landscape
  • Provide technical assistance to our sales representatives during the sales process
  • Be able to articulate technical and business insight, carry out demonstrations and presentations of solutions to convince the customer to the relevance of our technology platform
  • To formulate technical offers including the costing by ensuring the feasibility and profitability of the project which includes the technical, exchange and management aspects.
  • Participating in reading, understanding and responding to RFPs with regard to the functional, integration and project requirements
  • Be confident to lead meetings / workshops / presentations to present functional, integration and project topics to prospect customers
  • Write internal documentation for each prospect that will serve as a reference for the formal kick-off of the project
  • Organizing weekly follow-up meetings with the sales team
  • Set-up standard documents and homogeneous procedures between the different sales teams
  • Participate in client follow-ups once production has been launched, in close collaboration with project managers, support and sales representatives, on the phases of cross-selling or optimization of the performance of the solution
  • To understand our customers' market, you will be required to participate in projects and will be in close collaboration with our Onboarding and Support project teams and developers.
Profile :

Profile

You are a passionate person and already have solid experience in retail and/or IT systems integration.

You also have:

  • Experience as a pre-sales engineer in a SaaS sales environment greater than 5 years
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and software integration in Retail, Ecommerce and Order Management Systems.
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills to influence all levels of an organization, including executive level
  • Fluent in English



Working conditions:

  • You will be able to work fully remotely in the UK
  • Regular travel is expected to France (including Toulouse where the head office is located), England and the rest of Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain).
