The European home décor brand is rolling out a new Order Management System to streamline inventory, enhance customer experience, and centralize order orchestration across Europe. This collaboration is part of a broader transformation program designed to simplify operations, improve e-commerce site stability, enrich the customer experience, and drive growth.
European reach with agile logistics
This project reflects the company’s significant international footprint. Today, Maisons du Monde operates:
- A European network: Present in 9 countries with 338 stores (including 211 in France)
- Specialized logistics: Supported by 2 centralized European warehouses (one dedicated to décor and accessories, one dedicated to furniture)
- Omnichannel expertise: B2C and B2B sales, complemented by a thriving Marketplace powered by Mirakl
A foundational project at the heart of Maisons du Monde’s IT transformation
Deploying OneStock’s OMS marks a decisive step in accelerating the group’s omnichannel strategy. By placing logistics agility at the core of its model, the brand is scaling up to meet new European market demands for fluidity and availability. The project is also part of a broader strategic initiative to modernize the IT infrastructure, decommission legacy systems, simplify existing architectures, and build a more agile, modular, and scalable foundation.
The OMS will serve as the cornerstone of this new architecture, seamlessly connecting e-commerce flows, stores, warehouses, and logistics partners while integrating with other key components of the digital ecosystem (ERP, WMS, e-commerce, PIM, TMS, MDM, and after-sales & returns solutions).

- Transforming customer experience through omnichannel innovation. Adopting OneStock allows Maisons du Monde to take its customer promise to the next level by developing high-value services. Key developments include rolling out Click & Collect for Marketplace offerings and Ship from Store for small décor items.
- Reliable, transparent delivery promises. With a significant portion of sales relying on in-transit inventory, mastering inventory information is critical. The OMS enables complete visibility across all flows (available stock and future arrivals) to guarantee highly reliable delivery promises—meeting the top priority for the brand’s customers.
- Logistics agility and improved profitability. OneStock’s OMS optimizes behind-the-scenes operations through four key drivers:
- Smart orchestration: Automatically routes orders to the best fulfillment point (based on cost, speed, and availability)
- Expanded in-store dropshipping: Broadens product range and sales channels without additional physical inventory
