Strategic business reviews

As part of our standard contract, our Success Team meets every customer for a minimum of two Strategic Business Reviews each year to comprehensively analyse their OMS performance and fine-tune their strategic roadmap.


Data hub

Our Success Team explores the data available in our BI Suite to help customers make informed decisions. We closely monitor KPIs like cancellation rates (aiming for <2%, in line with OneStock best practices), order split analysis and stock location efficiency, and meticulously assess the data to identify areas for improvement, whether it’s inefficient processes or bottlenecks in fulfilment, and offer our strategic recommendations.


User group events

Knowledge-sharing is important. We organise user group events called OneStock Connect, which allow our clients to have direct access to our product team, engage with peers, exchange insights and discuss best practices.
