Providing the latest Order Management System functionalities
The Salesforce and OneStock Connector allows all OneStock’s Order Management System’s functionalities to be made available to Salesforce Commerce Cloud customers. As a result, retailers with physical and digital outlets can now eliminate product unavailability by making their entire inventory available for sale. To complete their omnichannel strategy, they can activate one of the web-to-store or store-to-web scenarios in the OneStock suite, including: Ship from Store, Order in Store, Click and Collect, Reserve and Collect

Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OneStock share the same philosophy and simplified approach through SaaS technology. The use of this technology makes omnichannel easily accessible and allows customers to benefit from a tool that is continuously updated with new capabilities, while at the same time providing a business-centric approach to its use.
The cartridge works on both SFRA and Site Genesis. It is easy to set up and allows you to benefit from all the OneStock features quickly and easily.
OneStock & Salesforce Commerce Cloud Cartridge Integration: How it works
The connector to Salesforce Commerce Cloud allows, among other things, the addition of a Reserve and Collect funnel to product pages in just a few days. The addition of Order Management System functionalities considerably increases the rate of in-store visits.
To achieve this, the solution relies on the geolocation of stores and the availability of items in each local store. The customer can therefore reserve an article in the store of their choice without prior payment.
At the store level, the OneStock interface allows the reservation to be confirmed and the order to be processed (sending an SMS or email to inform of the possibility of collecting a parcel).
Thanks to unified stock, the cartridge displays stock information in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The stock information is then automatically updated and published on the retailer’s website.
